Any self-respecting accompanist would be disgusted and possibly refuse to play from a fake book. Someone asked that question during a talk-back at NFAA and the pianist was like "...don't ever do that."
Fake books are create for tinkering on the piano, but, in order for full accompaniment, one must be able to play by chords. This is extra hassle for your accompanist, so, it's definitely not worth the risk. Buy the sheet music, or, if you would rather not and can play the chords, type up a line of piano in Finale Notepad or the like.
