what is the range of a Baritone(and Tenor) in Musical theatre?#1

I am aware that this is better suited for the student board, but I felt I would get a quicker answer here.

Wikipedia says it is the second G bellow middle C and the F above middle C, but I am wondering if this is just for opera and if there is a different classification in Musical Theatre.

Same Question for Tenors.
Thank you.

It's right, but Baritones are often asked to go up to a G or G#. Tenors usually go from the C below middle C to the Bb above it, but sometimes go to a low A or a high C.

I'd say G to G for baritones, C to C for tenors.

I can't think of a tenor role in musical comedy that goes highter than a B flat - except maybe Tony's optional high C in the "Maria" obligato... and maybe Some of Pirelli and the Beadle in Sweeney Todd - but those are "trick" notes that can be done in flasetto.
