Okay, either we don't know the meaning of old school, or I'm gettting really old as some of these cartoon came out after I did...
As a child I loved Smurfs and Muppet Babies and the Littles and Scooby Doo. We also watched Hong Kong Phooey (not sure about that spelling) and the really old stuff like Popeye and Woody Woodpecker and looney Toons. I also really liked the School House Rock stuff.
But I absolutely hated that lame ass Heathcliff cartoon.
I propose a couple of new cartoon classics: Wicked: THe New Adventures of Elphaba and BRKLYN: The Animated Series

The original Rugrats was my favorite.
I used to like Tiny Toons and David the Gnome, too.
