Sentence SHOULD read:
"In today's society, good spelling and grammar has became so extinct it will soon be in Jurassic Park."

It's still wrong. "Has became" is not proper english. You can say 'has become' and you can also say 'is'.
...grammar has become so extinct...
...grammar is so extinct..."


Fair... one last correction...

the correct sentence should read,

"In today's society, good spelling and grammar HAVE BECOME so extinct, THEY will soon be in Jurassic Park."
