Why won't anmated avatars work on here? That is frustrating cause I found AWESOME Bjork ones.

well the avatars i found were very settle movement but were sooo cool.
Oh well, is there anyway we can ever use animated avatars or is it never going to happen? who made that rule? I do not like it, although many of you may.
