so.....i auditioned for once on this island. and it was fun, it's with my favorite production company that i do a show with every year. it's all my best friends and we basically live at this theatre for 10 days and rehearse 9 hours a day, then put on shows to fundraise for the theatre it's at. there's usually between 100-150 in the cast (ya, i know, it's huge) but we're all really close and have a great time. it's only high school/junior high kids, then there's an elementary chorus of about 20 kids. it's the best thing ever.




oh yeah, and i got cast as asaka. BIG SMILE BIG SMILE BIG SMILE

AND! i get my own tower of people. no seriously, on the cast list, it says "ASAKA - Maggie McNeil"...."MAGGIE'S TOWER OF PEOPLE..." haha, i bet none of YOU ever get your own tower of people!!

they're all going to be climbing all over scaffolding so it's just a great big crawling mass of people. (EDIT: i know this sounds like an orgy.....)

okay, i'm done bragging, but i'm really happy.

(and i'm really happy for you too zepka, and i'm sorry i stole your title, but you're chill, and i think you rock anyway!!)
