would you take a job w/this company?

A friend of mine has been offered a position. But has recently found out some interesting info. In the past year 14 people have been fired,including 5 HR mgrs who lasted only 2 months each, and 6 or 7 people have quit. I told my friend to keep looking

I guess it would depend on what the position was? If it was HR manager, probably not. Also, without knowing how big the company is, there's no way to put 7 people quitting in a year in context (not to mention not knowing why they quit).

I guess these are red flags, but can your friend afford to continue to be unemployed?

Why hasn't your friend brought up the high turnover with those who offered him the job? It's a perfectly reasonable question to ask in a post interview.
