i wonder if the mods read all these threads and just laugh at the comings and goings of certain posters.
To return to the original (now invisible) question, wouldn't it typically be the case that the book is written before the music or lyrics? Obviously the songwriters might have some ideas based on the concept for the musical, but the book is usually the launchpad, right?
I could be wrong about this, so feel free to chime in.
