2008 Kleban Award - announced yet?

I was wondering if anyone could tell me if the 2008 Kleban Award winners have been announced yet. I couldn't find anything on the web, but I recall it being around this time of year. Anyone know?

I don't think they've made an official announcement yet...

every year, the date changes. They usually announce it in late April or early May. it's too early. then again I could be totally wrong
