That is the itinerary for the 1st Nat'l Touring Company. Of course, people come and go as their contracts expire, etc. There is a Toronto company opening in May of this year. The casting sounds very exciting.

When this Tour ends in LA after one year on the road, will you Jim, or any of the other cast members, get a chance at Broadway?

There's always the possibility that the producers might need to place one or more of us in a different company; Broadway, Toronto, 1st Nat'l Tour. Honestly, I love where I'm at right now. I love the tour. I love the cast, the musicians, the crew, everyone....However, I'd go wherever I was needed the most. It's hard to project the future. I'm grateful to be gainfully employed in my chosen career. I appreciate this opportunity and I plan to make the most of it.

The Toronto cast list hasn't been made public yet. But the Tracy is kinda a celebrity if you watch current reality shows. That's all I'll say...........Marc, did I say too much? If so, I'll edit it out.

Yeah for Rochester... I second that. We've got some very good programmers up there at RBTL. I remeber sitting on the "top secret" info that we got the early berth on the first tour. It almost killed me not to tell anyone. Yeah!

I was wondering if the posted itenery was accurate because I checked the official hairspray on tour site and it doesn't that many cities on their tour schedule. Hopefully, the site just hasn't been updated because I am really hoping it does come to New Orleans.

they post the schedule on the official site little by little.. they are not going to post EVERY city they will visit 3 years down the road because things can change in that long of a time span....

Ah, thanks...that makes a lot of sense. The reason why I asked was because they did list cities in 2005 that they would be playing at and the date for Atlanta and Houston didn't match what they put on the official site, but now I know that things changes and they will add things little by little, etc.

Also, although Dallas is not on the above schedule, Dallas Summer Musicals is advertising Hairspray for next year's season.
