Which one? The one who fell and didn't get up?
Just read Ritter died of the same ailment that killed Jonathan Larson of Rent
That bit of news brings this subject at last to being ON topic.

If only TVLand had the good taste to be playing "Seasons of Love" over the Ritter montage they keep showing during today's day-long "Tribute to John Ritter." Instead they went with "Tears in Heaven."

That would be intersting wouldn't it then. HUH

It would definitely make a little more sense. Generally, when comedians die, people assume there is more laughter in heaven... One could make the leap and say that people are laughing so hard they are crying "tears in heaven," but Clapton's music belies that sentiment. "Seasons of Love" would make more sense in the Ritterian context since television success is measured by the number of SEASONS a show runs. But the geniuses at TVLand didn't think of that. By the way, the Starsky and Hutch episode they just showed with Ritter guest starring reminded me how much I loved me some Starsky back in the day.

Exactly. My gay jeans were definitely reshaped by Starsky.

I heard a new term yesterday, what exactly is a Metrosexual? Did I spell that right?

A Metrosexual is basically a breeder boy who goes to a stylist, takes joy in fashion, isn't afraid to show emotion, and does those types of more "effeminate behaviors" associated more so with gay men and women than with breeder men..... also known as deeply closeted, but isn't fooling anyone. i was just starting to become familiar with johnny cash so i am very saddened by this news.
as for john ritter, i grew up watching three's company on re-runs and was truly shocked to hear of his death. he was way too young. and from what i am seeing in interviews, he seemed to bring a lot of joy to everyone he knew.
My sister was watching an episode of Three's Company this afternoon. It was the one where Janet gets her heart broken by her dance instructor when he tells her he doesn't think she has what it takes to make it as a dancer. It ends with Jack comforting and dancing with her. It's so sweet. I was getting tears in my eyes watching him. I miss him.
I thought Metrosexual had something to do with Metrocal diet shakes.

When I was little my parents took me to Los Angeles and I told them I wanted to go to Jack Tripper's Resteraunt for dinner. I didn't get the concept at that time. LOL
LOL, BoxOfficeJon, Jack's Bistro! Yes! I look for it every time I'm in Santa Monica. :)
