I don't get what the whole thing is about, even after reading it...

You must remember all the same that at the crux of every game is knowing when it's time to leave the table... And it's important to be artful in your exit. No turning back, you must accept the con is done... It was a ball, it was a blast. And it's a shame it couldn't last. But every chapter has to end, you must agree.

From my understanding of the posting, some theater is looking to raise funds by changing the name of the theater to a name of a donor's choosing. The donor has to give the theater $225,000 ($2100/mo x 9 years), and in exchange, the theater will call itself "The Joe Schmo Theater" for 9 years. If you are the person that hooks the theater up with the donor, the theater will give you $8500 as a commission.

I doubt it's a Broadway theater, even if the theater's address is on Broadway -- a Broadway theater would want a lot more (I think American Airlines gave something like $8 million to re-name the Selwyn). I also don't think a Broadway theater would be looking to sell its naming rights on Craig's list.

"What was the name of that cheese that I like?" "you can't run away forever...but there's nothing wrong with getting a good head start" "well I hope and I pray, that maybe someday, you'll walk in the room with my heart"

if youre that interested you could just call and say something to the effect of "before i consider passing this information on to possibly interested parties, i wanted to clarify the location of the theatre and if it is a new building? would it be/is it tony eligible? might i have seen any productions there?"

Haha I highly doubt a major Broadway theatre is advertising themselves on Craigslist.
