We actually don't even open til January 25th! Because we had some difficulties tracking down a complete score (it's changed so much over the years, believe it or not), the music-teaching process took a while. We're currently in the midst of blocking, but we're taking our time and really exploring the piece.

Since we only have 1 preview before opening night (for both the play and the musical), we take advantage of some extra rehearsal time. We only dove into rehearsals about 3 weeks ago. Took a long time to secure the rights -- I think we threw Sam French for a loop when we asked for them! Apparently, no one ever had before...

For those of you following us on Facebook, we've been posting lots of rehearsal videos and photos! We're about to embark a two-week break before coming back and working out our kinks. We had our first Act One run last night and it was so wonderful.

For those of you still hoping to keep updated, we're diving back into rehearsals tonight after a small hiatus for the holidays. We've heard from some wonderful people who were involved with the original production, some of whom plan on attending.

We're all getting so excited and we're just 3.5 weeks away. Are some of you coming? I'd love to hear if you are and meet you at the show! Please comment!

NORA IN REP begins performances tonight with Ibsen's "A Doll's House". The famous flop "A Doll's Life" begins performances tomorrow. The shows run on a rotating schedule. I'll be there at all performances of the musical -- if you come, please do find me and say hi!
