Hero and Philia were terribly weak in the revival.

Cris Groendaal is a tenor. Miles Gloriosus is a baritone. He had no power on the low notes.

Mark Linn-Baker was too similar in type to Nathan Lane. If you have a short, slightly plump Pseudolus, Like Lane, then give me a tall, skinny Hysterium.

I also hated the idea of the three Proteans looking identical. It's much funnier if there is, for example, a tall guy, a little guy and a fat guy.

Bad casting all around.
