I tried several times, got to confirming the order, price, AE number, etc., etc. and then when I clicked "Purchase Tickets," I got a message re: problem with the website and recommending that I cancel the session. What am I doing wrong?

I don't know if I should just buy balcony tickets now or pray they will have some sort of rush.
