He's so funny, talented and down to earth. I attended a benefit he co-hosted in Bound Brook, NJ, which was one of the best nights of theater I've ever experienced. He joked around with me, which was lots of fun. Great Midler story.

I pondered if I should put it in - but you look at the joy on their faces when they are performing - and I thought we could all use a smile during these tough times. And i didn't know if Marc had seen it - and if he hadn't - I thought he'd get a kick out of it.
