I did a search and most of the discussion for August was at the Imperial. Wanna Be A Foster sat center and thought those were perfect, but again at the Imperial. So is Row A at the Music Box too close for August? The next available seats are in Row K I believe.
Also, I have a few more slots to fill for Labor Day weekend trip and was thinking about A Tale of Two Cities, Boeing Boeing, and Xanadu (again and very pleased cast extended till end of the year). It doesn't look like Sunday in the Park is going to be extending as the ads specifically state "till Jun 29 only". Any thoughts? I already have tickets for South Pacific, A Catered Affair, The Little Mermaid, and In the Heights. The only new musicals I haven't seen are Grease and Passing Strange.
Thanks!

SKIP GREASE
Watching Paint dry is better.
SEE Passing Strange It's has a great cast with great music and a wonderful message.
Also if u haven't seen RENT I'd see that bc it closes September 7th.
Hope I helped & enjoy your trip.
I don't remember if Row A is the front row or not. If it is, I would sit further back.
I believe row A is the second row, but for August, I'd say front row mezz would be your best bet. The stage is pretty high at the Music Box.
...and the Music Box isnt that big a theatre so the Mezz isn't miles away!

I Find it weird that this show is playing at the Music Box but yet its a play not a musical
You must have missed all the other plays that have been there before this.
Row K should be fine. The set is three levels, and if you are too close you may miss some of the attic scenes. I sat in row N and thought it was fine.

ROW A IS THE FRONT ROW AT THE MUSIC BOX.
They removed ROW AA of the C-ORCH for AUGUST.
I sat in ROW C and it was PERFECTION!
Thanks for screaming at us.
I was going by the chart on playbill.com accessed via the August page there. It's still too close for a three-level stage IMHO.
Thanks for the help I had never been in Music Box before.
Heres my lineup for August:
26th: August
27th: Boeing/Boeing & A Tale Of Two Cities
28th: In the Heights
29th: The Little Mermaid
30th: South Pacific & Xanadu
31st: A Catered Affair and maybe an evening show
I just notice that Title of Show has a Sunday evening performance and I literally know nothing about this show. I did a search and it appears to have quite a few fans here. Should I add it to my list? Only Mary Poppins, Avenue Q, Spring Awakening, Chicago have Sunday night performances and really don't want to see those again.
Thanks for your help!
See [tos]!
It's brilliant.
