You mean, like, get them and bring them home with you and keep them? I suppose the same place you can get the Blue Man Group. But remember, owning your own Mummenshanz is a BIG responsibility.

Mummenshanz has one of the best cast albums ever. It was recorded during a live performance and the whole album is the audience laughing and applauding. I assume it's an out of print rarity that you'll have to hunt for.
