A rave review for Sweeney Todd from a curious place

Attend the tale of Sweeney Todd. Harry didn't think it was too odd.

Even though all the dialogue is sung.

From this review, clearly, this is a total adaptation of the stage musical.

I don't think aintitcoolnews is a curious place to get a rave review for Sweeney Todd. Harry Knowles is nothing if not a lover of movies, whether it's a musical or not.:)

It's still a strange place for a review about a musical movie. Harry normally does genre.

And I don't give a rat's ass if this thread was started before. I took a quick look and saw nothing on the front page. Sorry if I don't have as much spare time as some people here.

I wouldn't have started this if I saw anything else.

You know that musical is a genre, right? And I'm pretty sure I saw a review of Hairsrpay on there. And Dreamgirls.

If musicals came out in droves and they were ignored by that site, it might be curious. But they don't and it's not.

y'know, I saw the review on Harry's site and excitedly decided to post it to my friends here on Broadwayworld. I wasn't thinking much about the comment I made but like I have seen happen here so often, a few of you see fit to be little girls and complain about the fact that there's already a thread about this, or pick apart what I had commented. Big youknowwhating deal. Some of the people on this board just take all the fun out of participating.
