It wasn't a blatant crack, he got the note out but it wasn't particularly pretty. If he blatantly cracked I would have said he didn't get it.

I wonder what note it is....*puts OBCR on and sits at piano*

I enjoyed Aida when I saw it last and I agree. If you love Adam, you'll love him in this. He is the man.

I did stage door too and met all of the leads except Adam. I've met Adam a ton of time though (during his gigs and Rent days) so I wasn't that disappointed. I wish I had seen Cheyenne though. What a hottie!

YAY! My love for Adam is so pure! LOL! He was the original reason I saw Rent a million times. That voice, that attitude and that look all adds up to some goodiliciousness!

adam is THE man! he truly makes this role. believe me. i saw will chase as radames and while he was very good, he didn't bring the character to life for me.

Welcome to the Adam posse, MadeofGold! I haven't seen you before, so this is my official welcome. You are very lucky to have seen him in Rent. I have a question. Did he ever crack on Glory? It sounds very difficult to sing, and if he cracks in Aida, I have often wondered if he did it in Rent. He sounds so beautiful on the recording, though.

That's truely horrible. I have worn out way too many copies of the Rent OBCR. How do you live, child? I can't even imagine... I go through withdrawl after a few days of no Rent, I can't imagine not having it at all. Have you even seen the show?

not yet. *sobs* i want to see it so badly it's not even funny. if adam goes back to rent i HAVE to see it. I have to se it anyway though. I live off of watching clips of the OBC.

I passed unhealthy several miles back myself, Undiscovered .

I doubt Adam could go back to Rent, he's about ten years too old for the part, much as I love him.

ponine, you must see Rent. Must. If you do get the OBCR, listen to the whole thing straight through, pausing it to read the bits of dialougue and such. It's the next best thing, but nowhere near as good. Table dancing rocks.

And I saw Adam in Rent at least 20 times and I never once heard him crack on Glory! He did once during "Your Eyes" but that's all I can really remember. :)
