Hey guys, I am new here and am looking for some audition advice. My college has audition for Aida in February. The audition website says:

AIDA

Auditions for ALL STUDENTS will be held on Monday evening, February 21, beginning at 6:00 in FA 109. Professor Linda Nell Cooper directs.

Students should prepare 32 measures of a power/pop/gospel ballad. Students must bring sheet music to the audition.

Roles are available for 11 men and 11 women.

I have a very strong singing voice and high belt. Here are a couple clips of my singing:

I have a good while before auditions so i am up to learning anything new. I just want a song that will blow the director out of the water. I want to be in this show REALLY bad any suggestions would be greatly appreciated! Thanks in advance!

Maybe something like "I Know Where I've Been" from Hairspray. From your user name, I will assume you are female. But maybe you can sing "Run, Freedom, Run" from Urinetown, even though it was written for a male role.
