Posted: 10/8/12 at 9:05amA lot of things change in different shows when replacements come in. Just look at Chicago, how every look for each actor/actress changes - some Velmas have short black hair, Ute Lemper in London had very German blonde hair, other Velmas have been red, etc., etc.
