Actor's Fund HAIR cast question

Does anyone have a full cast list for this concert/CD? I bought it on itunes but only only singers it lists are the ones with the bigger solos and I'm curious to know who else was there. Danke!

I dont have it in front of me at the moment, but the CD lists the songs similarly, with just the main vocal credit, or if there are 3 singing in a song, you dont know who is singing what (unless they have a distinctive voice)

I mostly just want to know who the crazy high belter is in "The Flesh Failures." It's probably Shayna, but I just cannot tell. Julie Garnye maybe?

Im curious why there are songs on it that werent in the concert (hippie life anyone?)
