I'm not sure how to word this --
I was looking at the description of MAN AND BOY, and trying to decide if I want to see it
I've never seen Frank Langella onstage, and I've always heard really good things about him. But the subject-matter of the play just doesn't seem that interesting to me
How do others on here feel about this -- would you choose to see a play just to see an actor, or is the subject matter absolutely critical too?
I know there are plenty of plays I do choose for the play itself, this one would just be backwards
I understand that the ultimate decision is mine, but since it's expensive for me to get to NYC to see a play, I'm kind of torn on this one. And I was just curious how others make these decisions
Thanks!
