I really don't care for Model Prisoner. Some of the songs are ok though. I havn't heard Civilian yet.

I love them both. I think I might like Civilian better...or maybe that's just this week!

DEFINITELY Civilian!!! Nolt just because it's new - it's just a better album, better songs, better production.

If you have to pick one, get Civilian. They're too different for me to really have a preference, but I find Civilian... in a way, easier to listen to, because it's more cohesive. Model Prisoner is music from over the course of several years of Adam's life, so the sound is kind of all over the place, whereas he wrote Civilian over a much shorter period of time, around a more finite group of events. He finds his style a lot better on Civilian, so you're not thrown for such a loop from one song to the other. There's something to be said for the variety Model Prisoner has, though -- harder rock, country(ish) and then stuff that's more "typical" of what he writes.

There are sound clips on his website, if you're really having trouble deciding, though.

He's also donating money from his CD sales to various children's charities, which is really cool of him.

Then again, with Model Prisoner you get a whole bunch of different types of songs. :) More for your money? Sure, they are all different, but I really like all of them. But then again, I love mix CDs (always listening to my iPod on shuffle).

Plus I like saying the opposite of Emcee.

Shut up, you just like challenging my authority. re: Adam Pascal Cds

I ruv you!

By the way, Model Prisoner is my favorite CD to listen to before I got to sleep. The stuff that's not crazy hard rock is really relaxing.
