Two questions:
1.) Is there plans to do a cast recording with him as Huey? Or at least an EP of him singing Huey's songs? I would love to have recordings of him singing the role!
2.) Does he greet fans at the stage door? I know he stopped during RENT in NYC and usually left via another door during RENT's final tour, but I was wondering if he was back to stage dooring now.
1) I don't believe they ever do more than one cast recording of show on Broadway just because the lead has changed. I have seen youtube clips of Adam Pascal doing "Memphis Lives In Me" but don't know if there will be official recording of him doing songs from show.
2) I have read that he will come out sometimes but it is no guarantee he will after most performances. I saw "Rent" in Charlotte when Rapp and Pascal did the Broadway tour and Pascal did not come out and sign, Rapp did. I have seen Pascal in concert and he did sit at a table after the show and sign CD's and take pictures with fans.

Don't count on meeting him at the stage door.
There was a thread about this a few months back and the consensus was that he didn't come out the normal stage door.

I saw in the show a few weeks ago, and was delighted at how wonderfully he was doing the part.
Seeing him act and sing and be goofy and funny was enough for me. I didn't need to see him at the stage door or have him sign a piece of paper in order to validate or complete my experience.

There is a recording of him singing "Memphis Lives In Me" available for download from the show's official site.
@musicalFans, I'm not surprised. I randomly caught him in Houston during the final Broadway tour of RENT. He came out of an emergency exit beside where I happened to be standing. He autographed my big RENT book and was super nice, but I know he'd had some bad stage door experiences and doesn't stage door often.
I also know they don't often re-recorded, but they did that silly Jonas EP for How To Succeed, and that got my hopes up! From what I've seen on YouTube, I really enjoy Pascal more than Kimball!

You identified why the did the How to Succeed EP.... Nick Jonas. Unless it's a recognizable name and face they can showcase on the artwork, they won't re-record. Adam Pascal is neither of those.
Word. Nick Jonas > Adam on the world-famous scale. This is why God made personal recording devices.
He'll come out sometimes. Not often.
More importantly, he's ridiculously good as Huey. I've seen him a handful of times and he just keeps getting better and better. If I didn't know otherwise, I'd think they wrote the part for him. I'm re-impressed every time.
