Adam on Tony Danza
re: Adam on Tony Danza#26
Posted: 12/6/05 at 3:21pmNo mention *whatsoever*. The only thing that's been anywhere was a post here about an article, that supposedly said he was moving. *whimper*

DancNdaMoonlite- it was on at 9am in L.A.
Well, Adam will have at least one fan cheering for him here in CA. I don't even want him to move here though - he belongs on the stage!

Does the article happen to give the address to where he might have moved so I can stop by and say hi?
I think I would die if it did, not before saying hi 1st of course...
re: Adam on Tony Danza#29
Posted: 12/6/05 at 3:27pmIn Adam's defense, I know her name is pronounced uh-dina, but I usually can't stop myself from saying I-dina either. If, I really stop and think about it, I'll get it right, but most of the time the "I" comes out.

He's still in New York. Currently, anyway.
I never saw the article; for all I know, it could've just said he was playing with the idea, not that it was for certain.

Adam says eye-dina, but the rest of the world always says that's incorrect. Who knows? Maybe it's the Long Island accent.
Do you think he has a Long Island accent? Maybe it's just because that's where I'm from, but I don't notice it.

It's sad being a "grown up" ... in college I could work my schedule to do what I wanted but now that I'm a teacher it really cuts into my social life!
Last week I set my VCR to tape Jesse on Tony Danza and some special report about the president filled most of the hour. So today, I set my VCR to tape Adam twice!! (it's on 2 different channels at different times here, thankfull)
But even better ... we had a 2 hour delay cause of the snow, so I got to watch it in my classroom at school before the kiddies came. :) Adam came on just before 10:45ish, so when the kids showed up at quarter of, I told them they had to be quiet til the interview was over.
Why didn't they let HIM be the musical guest too!??!?! I was bummed about that. I never got to see the breakfast with the arts thing and I wanna see him sing Glory! :)

An accent isn't too noticable if you have the same one yourself.
heh, I need screencaps! Can someone post some cute ones? My computer has trouble making caps.

Haha, that's what I meant. Although I don't really have one. I'm just used to hearing it.

Emcee, I'm jealous you were there!
And thanks for the link, Mandi... I don't even think the Tony Danza show airs in my area. (I really need to figure that out.)
And yay to the car noises cap, no matter how ridiculous he looks. Heh.
re: Adam on Tony Danza#49
Posted: 12/6/05 at 5:44pmI'm so glad I went. Being that this appears to be the end of the press circuit, it was a good way to create some closure.
