Idina Menzel opens her mouth so wide that you can see out the other end and belts out the song while the audience watches in horror.
"Noah, someday we'll talk again. But there's things we'll never say. That sorrow deep inside you. It inside me, too. And it never go away. You be okay. You'll learn how to lose things..."

Oh, this was easy to remember...the worst number in the show (in my opinion) Now, i love joe mantello, but idina' direction for this number basically was stand center stage (the most boring area to stage anything) with your luggage and sing out to the audience. Occasionally pick up the luggage and move to a new area, but just keep singing out. BORING!! What i would suggest to you--listen to the music on the cd carefully. The changes in the music are so obvious, any director could tell where something on stage, in turn, also must change. In Wicked, that didnt happen. Maybe you can make it happen. Use the music as your guide. Dont just copy the boring original.

Her direction was very Mermanesque. She did nothing.

And not to be bitchy, but who is this director? Isn't he/she supposed to direct you instead of you scrambling on what to do?...
