Sadly, I have never seen Hairspray. I wanted to when I was in NY, but we were all ready seeing as many shows as we could.
not ashamed but regret. i had the chance to see assassins the day before the tonys and didn't go. now i regret seeing it, i love the new recording.
i dont think i really ashamed of this but i havent seen anything that judy garland has done *except* for the wizard of oz and i've never seen anything with barbara streisand in it...*shrugs*

Les Miserables
Phantom of the Opera
I will hopefully see the national tour of Phantom in October.
Les Mis (I only saw a school version...)
Hairspray
yes - I'm ashamed I've never seen Rent and Gypsy. (dodging arrows slung my way)
Boy from Oz-
The seats are impossible to get. I really wanted to see it.
I also had food poisioning when I got Rent tickets.
I obviously did not see it.
I will eventually see Rent. Boy From Oz looks dim.
Sweeney Todd, Ragtime, Urinetown, Hello Dolly!
nah, never ashamed not to have seen something. i see what i want & avoid what i want! it's the only way to be....
I never saw Cats..but I'm not ashamed of it, never really wanted to.
OHh and I haven't seen Hairspray yet but I will eventually!
Sweeney Todd, Into the Woods (movie doesn't count), Sweet Smell of Success, Man of La Mancha, Godspell, seeing Boy from Oz during the final week, I will also be at the final performance of Caroline, or Change!
Oddly enough, I'm a fan of Wicked, yet have never seen the entire Wizard of Oz. The movie.
Also, anything Sondheim (most) I haven't seen. Miss Saigon. Kiss Me Kate. Man of La Mancha. Funny Girl. Peter Pan. Annie. The Music Man. Aida. Mame.
Of course, I'm listing things I haven't seen as either movies or performed. I've only been alive so long.

Not ashamed, but I still haven't seen LION KING. I figure there's no big hurry - it's going to run forever, and I'll eventually get around to it.

Side Show (I was even offered cheap tickets to that one), the Damn Yankees revival, My One and Only, Jerome Robbins' Broadway, and especially Big Deal and the Sweet Charity revival in 1986. (Well, Big Deal was rather short-lived, so I'm more ashamed about not seeing SC!)
The Lion King and The Frogs...what kind of theatre queen am I if I haven't seen them?...silly me, Possums!
Urinetown -- and the kicker is the theater was a block from my office....
I have never seen a movie all the way through that Barbara Streisand is in. I admit it. I usually fall asleep before it's over. She's just so...uninteresting.
I know. BAD gay man! BAD!

I regret only being able to see ONE show while I was in NY for 4 nights. I saw Avenue Q (which was awesome!), but I wish I could have also seen Urinetown, Cabaret, RENT...oh well, maybe next time.
I've never seen... Hairspray, Miss Maigon, or Mille...
Rent.
