Aladdin at Segerstrom Center

Yesterday I went to go see Aladdin on tour in Costa Mesa. It was visually spectacular, highly energetic and utterly hysterical. Filled with vibrant sets by Bob Crowley, colorful glittering costumes by Greg Barnes, showstopping choreography by Casey Nicolaw and heart pounding special effects. I love the new songs and how they co exist with the original movies 5 tunes. Major Attaway is a scene stealer as the Genie. I had not been so excited to see a Disney musical in the 26 years now I lived on this Earth

I like the musical but its definetly for kids. Its super cheesey. I've seen it 4 times over the 5 years it's been out.
