Alan Cumming's new fragrance

I just read in yesterday's Women's Wear Daily that he is launching a new perfume called, guess what?...CUMMING!!!! Yuck.

It is going to retail for $69!! and is going to be available in February. Sounds pretty tacky and weird.

I LOVE IT! I went to a reading he did of Tommy's Tale last year and he was talking about launching a fragrance and joking that he wanted to call it Cumming. I am so awed that he actually managed to do it.

He creeps me out. I think the idea is tacky and totally un-necessary. He WAS excellent in Cabaret, though.

he doesn't creep me out, we used to walk our dogs at the same time and i'd see him out alot, and i've been to a couple of parties that he was at too, he's pretty nice on that level--though i never made mention of "who" he was...BUT i can see where he would creep one out! The kilt thing isn't going to catch on, Miss Cumming!

I saw mention of this on his website not to long ago. I probably wouldn't buy it, but I would be very interested in knowing what it smells like. It's probably spicy, like him. I think he's great (not creepy at all), and would LOVE, LOVE, LOVE to meet him. Oh well, one of these days.

Pop and Lil - I am so tired of the smug and superior attitudes of some people on these boards...it just shows their insecurities, if you ask me. People who like and respect themselves and others, don't post remarks that can make a person feel bad about him/herself.

I, perhaps, am jumping to conclusions - but generally speaking - when a person on here posts something that is written in 'absolutels' = it pisses me off, and makes me think that they are acting out for attention. I will be the first to admit that I MIGHT be wrong...
