Ali Ewoldt, who is playing Cosette in the broadway revival of Les Mis, has a blog. I thought it would be good to post a link to it, for all those that would be interested in some behind the scenes news of the rehearsals.

Great blog! Ali went to the high school that I'm in now, PHS. I still remember her performance as Tuptim in our production of The King and I when I was little. She's incredible, and I can't wait to see her on Broadway :)

It is interesting you should mention about Ali playing Tuptim elphieisperky, because I got the link to her blog from a side note on this article on Ali. In it is mentions that Ali won a award for playing Tuptim and that Norm Lewis, one of her Les Mis co-stars, gave her the award. The article is an interesting read. Another interesting story, in the article, is when she had to go on as Cosette for act 2 when she was understudying in the 3nt.

Thanks for the interesting article. I met Ewoldt while she was on tour, and she's a very sweet, down-to-earth person.
