I know Smaxie wrote this on the Real Estate Thread, bu I felt it needed it's own thread.

I personally think this is a big mistake as it is a bigger theatre from the Golden. I don't know if they will be able to fill it.

That theater seems way too big for it. I know it's two "famous" people, but still.
