Which show should I try to see tomorrow? I do already have tickets for both at a later date, but I want to see one twice..which one?

I think my choice is obvious. Spamalot seems like it'll be quite funny but I'm gonna have to go with All Shook Up.

All shook up though it is quite a difficult decision

I would say Spamalot most definately. Personally, I have little interest in All Shook Up, but that's just me... :/

Spamalot!
Tim Curry, and that other Hank (Azaria), say no more.
"But I don't really like Spam".
Well then go see Spamalot, there's not really that much Spam in it.

I thought Spamalot was sold out. I'd love to grab a last minute ticket, as I completely lost track of time this fall...had other things on my mind.....
i would see spamalot but than again i have absolutelly no interest in seeing all shook up and i love monty python.
ALL SHOOK UP!!!!!
ok...just kidding...You should definitely see Spamalot... I was going to but then the show we are going to see got changed to Dirty Rotten Scoundrels...so go see it for me at least.
You have the choice between recycled elvis songs or a brand new musical with an original score and starring some of today's funniest theatre/television/film stars. I think the choice is obvious. Spamalot. But then again, its sold out, so you dont really have an option.

I am excited about seing Spamalot at some point but if you are are saying the ASU music is recycled, Spamalot's story is recycled isn't it? I may be wrong(no sarcasm intended. I really did think it was. Please correct me if I'm mistaken).

Oh, for the love of God. Tons of classic musicals (dare I say most?) have adapted books. The key word here is adapted- they were rewritten for theater. And their scores were written for theater in the first place. Unlike the scores of certain other musicals I can name. Updated On: 12/20/04 at 08:38 PM
Of course the story is recycled. But the score is original. And i count the score as probably the most important part of any musical. If you want to talk about shows that are created from existiing things, about half of broadway shows would be considered "recycled." Here's a few:
"Hello Dolly"
"Les Mis"
"Phantom"
"The Producers"
"La cage"
All based on previous works, but written for the musical theatre with brand new, original scores.

I was just asking....
Spamalot.
I have a hunch that Spamalot will be bigger than All Shook Up, so see the one that will be more popular and will be hard to get tickets to twice.
I think I will TRY to get Spamalot tickets, but if it is indeed already sold out, I will see All Shook Up. It doesn't matter if I dont see Spamalot tomorrow because I already have tickets for January.
