Apologies if this is already noted somewhere - how long is ALL THE WAY?

It is a shade under 3 hours.

Thank you both! There is a 62-page teachers' guide online for this! I feel like I am studying for an American History exam. I hope it does not feel that way in the theater -

Nope. You do however learn things about the period and the players you might not have known.

I could read a book for that. This play is a dud...best play should be CASA VALENTINA, it's a no-brainer.

If a thread is started about which is the better play, All The Way or Casa Valentina, feel free to answer "2:50".

Liked Casablanca but ATW was superior in every way.

If you are interested in American history at all, especially the civil rights movement, you will probably enjoy the play very much. It's not the most exciting piece of writing I've ever seen, but Bryan Cranston is doing incredible work and it's certainly worthwhile. For me at least the nearly 3 hours flew by.

All The Way will win Best Play!

Is "Act One" an acceptable answer for this topic?

Superior in length (insert Jon Hamm joke here...)

But seriously folks...really? It's a showcase for Mr. Cranston, and very long and boring.

CASA VALENTINA is fresh, delicate...finely drawn. Doesn't stumble around like ATW does.

I finally saw All the Way last night. Bryan Cranston had a lot of charisma onstage and turned in a remarkable performance. He should win the Tony but the play should not. I've seen all the contenders and my pick is Act One.

"Liked Casablanca but ATW was superior in every way."

I am a much bigger fan of Casablanca, hands down. I mean, Bogart, As Time Goes By, "We'll Always Have Paris," etc., etc., etc.
