All those people leaving Jan 9

Everyone is so wrapped up in Idina, ya'll forget all the other people leaving broadway that day!

Now, I know I am forgetting people, so please list them, too!

Wicked
Joey McIntyre
Idina Menzel

The Producers
Hunter Foster

I want to add all the others to the list....

re: No one seems to care Hunter Foster is leaving Jan 9

I SO CARE! I heart Hunter to pieces... The Producers isn't one of my favorites, but I'm really sad to see him leave; the role was perfect for him. Oh, well... on to bigger and better things, I hope! Is he definitely touring with the show?

Yeah..he's just leaving because he doesn't want me to see him..and that's why he's going on the tour that doesn't come by me either....
and all that I could do because of you was talk of love...

i got tickets to wicked jan 4th (my first time seeing it), and i'm not only excited that I get to see Idina, but also Joey and Christopher. And, I hear JLT is great as glinda as well!

And i SO wish I could see Hunter... He is amazing.

I do care too. Too many things happening at the beginning of January anyway. All these great people leaving and lots of shows closing.

I know it's not going to be on 01/09 but I would like to add the wonderful Alfred Molina to this list who leaves Fiddler on 01/02. His performance was wonderful. Great actor and wonderful person! So sorry to see him leave. re: No one seems to care Hunter Foster is leaving Jan 9

yea they are losing a lot of good people. the cast is gonna look so different.

In the 'LEADING MEN' article on playbill.com, they talked about John Tartaglia and he said that Barrett is his replacement and he starts on February 1st.

re: No one seems to care Hunter Foster is leaving Jan 9

Its not that people don't care, its just that Hunter is being overshadowed by Idina.

I was thrilled to find out that Hunter was going on tour with The Producers, as part of the Max tour. But then they switched him. This angered me, as the Leo tour has already come up to my neck of the woods lol. Depressing...

Correction: They moved Boston. Now The Producers is in town starting February 20 (as opposed to Feb 2), and is a part of the Leo tour now. So I don't get to see Lewis Stadlin either.... re: No one seems to care Hunter Foster is leaving Jan 9 lol

re: No one seems to care Hunter Foster is leaving Jan 9

well hunter is getting less attention since he is a replacement after all. Not that thats a bad thing but after the first few replacements its not such a big deal to most "non-theater" people
