Posted: 1/4/06 at 5:21pmI saw "Almost Heaven: Songs and Stories of John Denver" at the Promenade last week right before it closed, and I loved every moment of it! It was phenominal, and it's a shame that it ended its run. In the lobby, they were selling a CD of the Original Cast Recording, which I not highly regret not getting. I searched on Google, and have looked in many stores around the city, and can't find this CD for sale anywhere. Any one know where I can buy a copy?

Ha. I'd like to see who's going to put money into this CD.
(P.S. I saw the show and thought it was very nice. But I think all the middle-aged John Denver fans are happily content going home and listening to the recordings they already own of the real John Denver.)

I plan to put money into this CD! Funny you say this, considering my FATHER (age 53 and a life long hardcore Denver fan) is the one who is looking for the CD! He saw the show with me, and loved it!

Posted: 1/6/06 at 5:03pmYes, we know... It is the cast from the original Denver Center production. The recording features Lisa Asher, Emily Bauer, Allison Briner, Sean Jenness, Bryan Scott Johnson, and David Ranson. Now if only someone could tell me where I can buy this CD!!!
