Alternative titles for premieres

Without giving too much away, I'm working on a project that's having trouble figuring out how to "bill" itself. What are some other ways that new productions/works can bill themselves for promotional purposes?

World premiere

New York premiere

East Coast/West Coast premiere

American premiere

Broadway/Off-Broadway premiere

First New York/Broadway/Out-of-town revival

Pre-Broadway premiere

Inaugural production

Etc, etc....
