My school is doing this in the fall and I was wondering if there were any caucasian parts in it or is it all African American pretty much? I can't find much on it.

I saw the musical and don't recall any white roles, at least any of consequence. I do remember that the musical wasn't very good. No album was cut.

I did not see the play, but it is probably in print somewhere in an acting edition. Try Samuel French or Dramatists Play Service.

There are no characters that are written as "caucasian characters" but there is no reason why some of them could not be caucasian. It will all come down to the director and the casting. I've directed "The Amen Corner" and I see no reason why there could not be some caucasians in the play but I'm a drector that has had to do a lot of color blind casting in my time.

Ok, cool. Thanks for the help! I signed up for it...I just didn't want to look stupid if it was all African American.
