American Utopia - 1 Rush Ticket for Tonight (12/30)

Sorry for starting a thread on this, but hoping not to get stuck and maybe help someone out they wants to see the show tonight. I have 1 rush ticket I was able to get on the TodayTix app this morning, unsure on location, but it's at the box office for pick up.

Unfortunately the app said it would email me a ticket to print, but then they told me (after ordering) it's all will call, and it was going to be for a friend who can't make it anyway. So basically, if you want it, it's $47 ($39 plus the fee), and I'll have the box office change the name for you!

No idea on location in the theatre, but I saw the show last week and the Hudson is pretty small. The show is almost all happening in the center of the stage.

Yes, I read the text in the app. During the purchase flow, it indicated that the ticket would be delivered via mobile barcode to either display or print. If also says on the order confirmation that the ticket would be delivered in the TodayTix app. When that didn't happen, I contacted TodayTix directly who then mentioned that rush tickets won't show up in the app and need to be picked up. Since I'm a good 300 miles from NYC right now, I can't. They then explained the app was showing those instructions in error and would let me change the name the ticket is being held under at will call.
