This aired last night on Foxtel/Austar 20th June.

What a mess of a show, how this made it onto air is anyone's guess!

Well I didn't want to get into it, but he's a Satanist. Every full moon he sacrifices 4 puppies to the Dark Lord and smears their blood on his paino. This should help you understand the score for Wicked a little bit more. Tazber's: Reply to Is Stephen Schwartz a Practicing Christian

There was one highlight from this show and that was a clip from the Don Lane Show ( ? ) of Nancey and Geraldine Turner from the Original STC production of Chicago....They only showed about one minute worth of footage.

Sounds like I'm not missing out by not subscribing to Foxtel.

The clip was from The Mike Walsh Show. I didn't think it was too bad, but didn't audience member Geraldine Turner have a lot to say for herself? Why was Peta Toppano there? Did she ever appear in CHICAGO?

As someone who doesn't have Foxtel I was waiting for this to surface on the internet and it hasn't so far. I've seen the show twice and absolutely loved it, can anyone upload it or know of any links? Cheers

Alter,

My big problem with the show was:

A it had no idea what it wanted to be.

B Craig should never be allowed to host anything ever again.

C they spoke to random audience members, who had nothing to say, nothing to add to the show.

D Poor Sharon Millerchip looked so out of place trying to do Roxie with out her boys.

John Frost should have hosted the show.

Why did we have to see a long clip from Mark Trevorrow and The Bob Downe Show? Was it just padding because Gina Riley was in it? Surely 20 seconds would have sufficed not 2 1/2 minutes. Craig Mc Lachlan was ok, a little cheesey maybe...

The Audience with Wicked also seemed unfocussed and it made me cringe when Rob Mills called the cast recording a "Soundtrack", so I'm not surprised :P.

Give me claws and a hunch, just away from this bunch.

There's an Australian Cast Recording of WICKED? That's the first I've heard of it. Do you have a link?

No sorry, I meant the OBC.

They were talking about the OBC recording (at the time of recording they were only in rehearsals)
