Hoping to see if anyone else received an email from Telecharge today. It basically is a survey regarding Anastasia in terms of how you've heard about, interest level, reasons you want/don't want to see it. Is this a routine thing? I've been a Telecharge member for the last 2 years and never received one.

I also got one today. I've gotten them before, but I think this is the first time it was for a running show. (Especially one that already seems to be selling very well.)

That's what I figured, wanted to post in case it somehow has a bigger meaning

It is surprising you got one for Anastasia since it's doing well. I guess if they are planning a new ad campaign, they'd want the info, but unless their advance has tanked, it seems like they can just keep doing what they're doing.
I got one for Groundhog Day last week, which is understandable, although, not sure what I can do to help them since I'm already a repeat customer.

Would also the fact that I haven't used Telecharge for 2 months (finishing up the semester/settling into new work schedule) have any factor? I didn't receive the GHD survey and wonder if how frequent the use of them contributes to how often I receive emails from them.

Did you buy tickets to Anastasia through Telecharge? I did, but didn't receive the email.
The GHD email says it's because I bought tickets. I haven't received any survey emails for a long time either, but I also haven't bought B'way tickets in awhile either.

If you bought tickets to Anastasia, you aren't the audience for a survey asking if you know about it.
I got the Groundhog Day survey last week. I also got this Anastasia survey today. For the latter, I'm guessing I got it because Telecharge acquired my contact info when I bought a rush ticket to The Great Comet a few weeks back. I've gotten a couple of Telecharge emails before this one arrived in my inbox today.

It isn't just about that, it's about how you heard about the show, what your impression of it is/was, why you did/did not go see it, etc...
I got one too. I could swear I got another surveythis past month or sometime. It wasn't about Anastasia I don't think. Can't remember but I could swear it was from Telecharge.

Point being I didn't buy it. I haven't gotten any show tickets in nearly 2 months from Telecharge or Ticketmaster.

I think that was in response to me asking if you had. Unlike GHD, seems like they're reaching out to those that haven't seen the show.

It was in response to neon, but yeah I haven't gotten tickets to anything in the last few months, hope to change that soon though!

I've been sent several, mostly shows already playing. Some I've seen, some I have not. I think I'm their demographic, particularly since I tend to buy full price tickets since I come from the West Coast.
