What butchering?
It ain't "Hamlet"..It ain't "My Fair Lady"...
It was a so/so show with a so/so score that was saved by a dazzling star turn by Heather Headley..
Unless we are talking about the operatic classic and one of the 5 greatest operas ever written called AIDA, then, it would be butchering!
