I remember when this aired. It was impossible to every take "Evita" seriously again. Wonderful satire and all the nice little touches. Slim Whitman for the grating Mandy Patinkin and the way Indura runs to center stage and humbles herself for the curtain calls.

It seems hard to believe that it was so many years ago that this aired.
