I had the priviledge of seeing Andrea McArdle perform in Mamaroneck, NY last night and she was phenomenal.

She sang songs from a number of the Broadway shows she was in as well as some Broadway Classics. Everthing from Beauty and the Beast to Cabaret.

And of course she came back out and sang "Tomorrow" inviting two little girls on stage. That was very cute.

I spoke with her afterward and she is just as friendly and genuine as can be.

If you ever have the opportunity to see her perform - go. You won't be disappointed!

she is one of the nicest, most down to earth people I've ever met. which is amazing considering how early in life she became a big deal. i've only spoken to her once, after Cabaret in SF.

my uncle works at a pharmacy in philly that she used to go to. he went and saw her as Belle a few years back and, even after not having seen him for 20 years, she took him backstage, gave him a little tour, and gave hime several autographed photos for me and a few other cousins. i love her.

A friend of mine saw her perform in Annie Get Your Gun when she was in high school Apparantley she was amazing. I think they might have even dated at one point. I'm not sure.
