Posted: 2/25/15 at 12:50pmIn 1969 Angela Lansbury won a Tony Award for her portrayal of Countess Aurelia in Dear World. Although there exist (from my knowledge) two audio bootlegs (one from the 1968 tryout and one from the 1969 NYC production), no real footage exists. That is, except for home movies shot by Don Pippin, the show's conductor. This included a photo-shoot session, the theatre's marquee (Mark Hellinger Theatre), Dame Lansbury backstage, and a dress rehearsal. This is actually popular among quite some collectors. I would give anything to be able to have this complete footage. If anyone was generous enough to share it with me so that it could be preserved through the ages, I would be very grateful.

I never knew that anything more than the three minute clip on YouTube.
Those audio bootlegs are magnificent so I hear.

Posted: 3/1/15 at 12:26amThe only footage of her singing anything from the show that I know of is when she appeared on the Julie Andrews Show. It's on YouTube. It's her, Julie and Steve Lawrence sitting around having tea. First Julie sings "Say a Prayer for Me Tonight" then Angela sings "I Don't Want to Know"

Posted: 3/1/15 at 12:37pmYes, I've seen it. It was filmed (possibly) around the time she was in the US for the Stephen Sondheim Musical Tribute performance in 1973.
