Any idea who??.....is this the project that they were talking about awhile ago with Sheri Rene Scott as Janis Joplin?

No, they're talking about Kristin Chenoweth as Dolly Parton. I can tell by the clues.

"She's the APPLE of this singer's eye...." refers to The Apple Tree.
"was suppose (sic) to play another old and DUSTY singer..." refers to Dusty Springfield, which is another biopic that Kristin is going to star in.

I believe that they are talking about Kristin Chenoweth playing Dolly Parton... she was originally supposed to be in a biopic about Dusty Springfield (hence the "apple" and "dusty" allusions).

I don't think she has yet. Right after she finishes The Apple Tree, she plans to return to LA.

I thought the Dusty project was not happening. And someone said she is out of the Disney Rapunzel movie

I could see her do that role! She is freakin amazing!

Did anyone read that part of the blog about Beyonce being up for an Best Actress Oscar? Umm...I really don't know about that. Girl can sing. Don't think she can act.

Beyonce' being "up for best actress" simply means that the movie studio is taking out "for youe consideration" ads in the trade papers touting Beyonce'. I don't think she has much chance of a nomination. Her acting was DREADFUL in the Austin Powers movie.
