Any One Show

If there is any one show currently on Broadway (That does NOT have a scheduled closing date) that you would like to see close... what would it be?

What a happy, positive thread!

Took the words right out of my mouth, Rath.

A show isn't just an inanimate object that closes and goes away. It puts people out of work. Not just actors but stage hands, ushers, etc. I think it's in poor taste to "root" for a show closing regardless of how bad it is or casual the conversation.

I apologize. I didn't know this was going to be taken this way. I didn't mean to cause any animosity. I am actually a fan of shows that don't do so well, or close quickly. (See: Brooklyn, All Shook Up, Lennon, In My Life... etc).
So, once again, I apologize.

I'd like to see "Lennon" re-open!

I'd like to see Lennon and In My Life Re-Open. :)

CharacterActor, there is no need to apologize. I never thought you meant anything malicious by it. Personally, I'd rather spend my time celebrating the arts than predicting/discussion someone's demise though.

Oh my God, you guys are so oversensitive. No, it is not good for people to go out of work, but if a good product can't be produced, it should not survive and a good show should replace it. This sort of mindset is "celebrating the arts" because it is making the arts a better place. No one on this site seems to want to talk about anything but the howdy doody happy things. Be realistic! Some shows just plain suck and deserve to close, even if people lose their jobs. The odds are most of these people will get new jobs in other shows that open, unless they are part of the reason why the show sucks, and in that case should not get a job(LONG LIVE THE FREE MARKET!!!!)
Getting on to my pick, I would chose Mamma Mia. I think it is incredibly overhyped and doesn't deserve to have run this long. Let something with substance replace it.
Look forward to responses.
