My understanding is that the earliest a strike can occur is 11/2. 10 days after the 21st, plus a 2 day notice.

I haven't been following the 760 threads on this topic, so please correct me if that info is not completely true.

The strike won't happen until December if the issues aren't resolved by then. This would be during the peak tourist month.
