Anyone Goin' To Sephora?

Was thinking about going to check out Kristin and Idina at Sephora tomorrow (5/21). Did I see correctly that you have to make an appt, or was the memo a bit confusing? Wife wants the Glinda kit, so was thinking about going over to get it autographed, but now not so sure :'

I'm planning on stopping by to see what's what. I don't think an appointment was necessary for purchasing the products or getting them autographed. I believe the appointments were only needed if you wanted to get a "makeover" from a Stila stylist.

Was anyone else there?? It was very cool ! With a purchase (bought the Glinda makeup kit), they gave out free Wicked CD's that could be autographed. Both women were so sweet, and beautiful !!! They were very cordial as far as picture taking went. I brought my Carnegie Hall Kristin concert tix, and she signed the envelope for me. Tons of people there, but the store did a very nice job with a big crowd.

I didn't go to Sephora, but I've been hearing about these sets since March or so, so I made a trip on Wednesday and picked up the Elphie set. Both sets have a sheer all over glitter color in green (Elphie) or pink (Glinda) and a complementary lipstick in peach (Elphie) or pink (Glinda). They're a little pricey ($25) but so fun and so exciting! Everyone where I work wanted a glimpse of it.

Actually, the line moved very fast. I must commend Sephora and the staff for being very cordial and professional. Idina and Kristen were more than gracious and friendly. They indulged everyone w/ their requests for photos.. we even took pics w/ them.

I got everything I brought w/ me signed.The crowd was extrememly well -behaved. All in all.,A great day! Updated On: 5/25/04 at 08:03 AM
